Malnourished Horses Taken From Shiawassee County Home

Thanks to several volunteers from Coast to Coast Draft Horse Connection and the Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office, six horses have been rescued after their owners were unable to take care of them.

A veterinarian was also on hand to assist with the move. According to reports, the horses were malnourished. Reports indicate the owners were cooperative with authorities. Here is to a new beginning for these beautiful horses.
