Man Wearing A Dress Exposes Himself To Woman At Holly Car Wash

Did anyone else see a man in a dress in the Holly area on April 19th? If so, police want to hear from you after a woman reported the above-described man, exposing himself at a Holly car wash. WTF?

Reports indicate the unidentified 23-year-old woman was vacuuming her vehicle on North Holly Road when she was approached by the man. He asked for a cigarette and a lighter and she complied. The man then asked to see her toes. This time she did not comply and walked toward a dumpster to throw away trash. Get this - when she turned around the man was bent over exposing his butt and junk. The report also indicates he had his head turned to look at her while in this position. Can you imagine? I would freak out.

The creeper then returned to his SUV and drove away. The victim did tell authorities she did see multiple pairs of woman's filp-flops inside of the vehicle. As far as the man, he is described as roughly 5'7" tall with a thin build. His age is mid 50's and he has a full head of gray hair. He was wearing a short blue paisley dress with no underwear (ugh).
