I really hate the fact that my parents moved to Florida... until it's time for us to go down for a visit!

Just when you thought 'Community' ensured Chevy Chase would be out of our hair for a while and the Ed Helms continuation of National Lampoon's 'Vacation' franchise had collapsed, in comes ABC with a TV reunion of the famous road trip family's parents, Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo!

It looks like Ed Helms and Christina Applegate won't be taking that 'Vacation' they've been planning anytime soon. New Line has delayed the reboot, citing "creative differences."

A new 'Vacation' film has been in the works, with Ed Helms taking the lead as Rusty Griswold, but he won't be going it alone: veteran stars Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo are in talks to reprise their roles in the latest installment of the series.

Like most tourists in Florida, Gus Hertz was probably just hoping for some relaxing time in the sun. Instead, the Virginia man became a hero after rescuing three people in two separate incidents over a two day period. Well, that puts us to shame. The most we ever managed on vacation is a mean case of sunburn.

While building our own Bat Cave would be quite a challenge (we’ve tried — digging the tunnel is a pain in the bat ass), a Taiwan-based luxury motel is now offering a far more comfortable solution to fulfill our Batman fantasies.

Everyone likes vacation, and yet Americans prove themselves to be the workaholics they’re rumored to be by not using all of the vacation time allotted to them by employers.

It will be nice to get back on the air today.  10 days is a very long vacation I think.  You?  Of course, it depends on your situation and where you go.  I like my job so it wasn't a "gotta get outta here" thing, just a much needed break...
