Friday, July 12
Cincinnati Reds at Atlanta Braves

The Cincinnati Reds (51-40) travel to Atlanta to face the National League East-leading Braves (52-39). The Reds will send veteran hurler Bronson Arroyo (7-7, 3.55) to the mound to stifle Braves hitters like Freddie Freeman and Justin Upton. Atlanta will start Kris Medlen (6-8, 3.45) against a Cincinnati lineup anchored by Joey Votto and Jay Bruce.
Saturday, July 13
2013 Tour de France — 14th Stage
France; 8 a.m. (ET) on NBC Sports Network
The world's best cyclists will complete the 14th Stage of the 2013 Tour de France by traversing 191 kilometers from Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule to Lyon. Christopher Froome wore the leader's yellow jersey as of Thursday morning, and he was the favorite to win the title. The tour ends in Paris on Sunday, July 21.
Gold Cup Soccer — U.S. vs. Cuba
Rio Tinto Stadium, Sandy, Utah; 3:30 p.m. on Fox
The U.S. Men's National Soccer Team continues Gold Cup play by facing Cuba in Utah. Chris Wondolowski and Landon Donovan were exceptional for the Americans during Tuesday's 6-1 win over Belize. Cuba lost to Costa Rica, 3-0, and haven't won a Gold Cup match since a 2-0 victory over Canada in 2003.
Texas Rangers at Detroit Tigers
Comerica Park, Detroit; 7:15 p.m. (ET) on Fox
Perennial American League powers clash, as the Texas Rangers (53-38) head north to face the American League Central-leading Detroit Tigers (50-40). The Rangers will start Derek Holland (7-4, 3.19) against a dangerous Detroit lineup that features Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielder. The Tigers will send Max Scherzer (13-0, 3.06) to the mound in search of his 14th straight win to start the season.
Sunday, July 14

After winning last week's Coke Zero 400, Jimmie Johnson extended his lead in the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Johnson is 49 points ahead of second-place Clint Bowyer and 71 points in front of third-place Carl Edwards as the circuit heads to New England this Sunday.
St. Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs
Wrigley Field, Chicago; 8:05 p.m. (ET) on ESPN
The National League Central-leading St. Louis Cardinals (55-34) face the Chicago Cubs (40-49) in the last game before the All-Star break. The Cardinals will hand the ball to Adam Wainwright (12-5, 2.30), while the Cubs send NL All-Star Travis Wood (6-6, 2.69) out to tame the St. Louis lineup.
