Tigers win … but still don’t hit!

The Tigers managed to snap a five game losing streak by salvaging a win from their weekend series against the Pittsburg Pirates yesterday.  Starter Rick Porcello tossed eight innings while allowing only one hit before giving way to closer Jose Valverde.   Tiger bats continue to struggle, picking up only seven hits.  The Tampa Bay Rays travel in for a three game series starting tonight.  Phil Coke takes the mound for the Tigers.
