Update On Fatal Dog Attack in Metamora

The Lapeer County Prosecutor has filed second degree murder charges against 45-year-old Sebastiano Quagliata and 44-year-old Valbona Lucaj the owners of two dogs responsible for a deadly attack that killed Craig Sytsma while jogging in Metamora Township on July 23.

The couples are also being charged with possessing a dangerous animal causing death.
