I assume by now you are well aware that Michigan COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted on Tuesday, June 22nd. From that day on face masks will not be required and indoor and outdoor events can operate at one hundred percent capacity.

Makes sense, we get it. But what I am curious about is how you feel about it? Do you personally still feel at risk of contracting the coronavirus, even if you have been vaccinated? Do you still want to wear a mask? You know as well as I do that people will be making fun of people that continue to wear masks. So lame, why would anyone care if someone else is wearing a mask?

I will most likely wear one again during cold and flu season this year. 2020 was the first year in I don't know how long. No sore throat, no sniffles, no cough - nothing. One hundred percent healthy (thankfully).

Wouldn't it be great if we could all just get along? I don't want to be at a concert and hear someone ripping on a person that chooses to wear a mask. I cannot wrap my head around why anyone would care. If you do, you shouldn't.

On a lighter note, I know Chris Monroe is beyond excited to take his mask off for good. Although it has been over a year that we have been masked up, Chris could not master the face mask. The point of a mask is to cover your mouth and nose, Chris would wear his on his chin. Check out the pic below I snapped of him at a recent meeting (don't be mad Chris, it's funny).

Here is to Michigan restrictions being lifted, I can't wait to see you at a concert soon (mask or no mask).
