Coming up tonight, get ready for a total lunar eclipse. The show gets underway at 3:07 am Tuesday morning (April 15). The moon won’t completely disappear. Instead, indirect light from the Earth should make the moon appear red in color. The total eclipse will last for one hour and 18 minutes.
This week in 1970, guitarist Peter Green part of the original line-up of Fleetwood Mac decides to quit the group to follow his religious beliefs. Because Fleetwood Mac had become so successful and making lots of money he asked the band to donate most of their earnings to charity.

April 10,1962, Stu Sutcliffe(wearing sunglasses) — The Beatles' original bass player — died of a brain hemorrhage at the age of 22. Stu had quit the group several months earlier, suffering from chronic headaches.
