"K8 Art" is the annual county wide, Kindergarten through Eighth Grade student art show that covers the walls of the main display gallery inside Gallery 194. Each year Lapeer County elementary and middle schools are invited to participate in what has become one the largest and most popular art exhibits featured at the gallery. This year’s exhibit showcases work from 15 different schools including Lapeer Community Schools, North Branch, Imlay City, Dryden, Almont, Home school, Bishop Kelly, and Chatfield. In all there are 240 pieces of original art work on display.

"K8 Art" is on display at Gallery 194 through March 22nd. Gallery 194 is located on the corner of Court and West Nepessing Streets in downtown Lapeer next to the historic PIX Theater. Gallery 194 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm and admission is always free and open to the public. For more information, Gallery 194 on Face Book or call 810-667-1495.
