Robert Downey, Jr. reportedly made over $50 million for the first 'Avengers' movie, so if he wanted a giant "A" in his office (like the one seen on the side of Stark Tower at the end of the film) to celebrate the massive success of the film, he could've very easily just had a replica made. But, he didn't want a replica, he wanted a real thing. Or, at least that's what he joked to Marvel. So, imagine his surprise when he showed up at home and there, waiting for him, was the 30-foot tall "A".

Downey Jr. was asked by the BBC what props from his Marvel movies does his keep at his home. He doesn't have a full Iron Man suit or a chestplate, but he did share this story:

On the last Avengers, there's this scene where there's this 'A' which is probably 30 feet tall and I'm looking at it, and we're shooting in England, and I go, 'I need that in my office in Venice.'

About two weeks ago, a wheeler showed up, I'm like, 'What the heck is this doing here?!' And they go, 'This is the 'A' you asked for.' And I go, 'They brought it?!' So now we have a massive Avengers 'A' that will be prominently placed.

At this point, if Robert Downey, Jr said he wanted an actual Stark Tower, Marvel would probably build it for him. But, now he has a giant "A" for his office that most of us couldn't fit in our homes.

Marvel likely didn't have a use for the "A" any longer, because the Stark Tower will be retrofitted with the updated Avengers logo in 'Avengers 2' as multiple heroes move into the building as a headquarters of sorts. The logo will also be seen on their costumes as Stark technology is used to update everyone's equipment. (Though, we're not sure Thor really needed an upgrade on Asgardian technology.)

(Speaking of 'Avengers 2,' you might want to keep a close eye on the internet next week if you like new 'Avengers' things...)
