Thumb Area Firefighters MDA Dance.

The Thumb Area Firefighters in conjunction with the Muscular Dystrophy Association are pleased to announce the 23^rd annual “Thumb Area Firefighters Dance” to benefit those with neuromuscular disease.  This special fundraiser will be at the Eagles Club #2380 in Vassar, MI on Saturday, April 2, 2011.

This event features dinner by Touch of Class Catering from Mayville, MI, entertainment by R & R Express, Gailan Rienert from Millington, MI and a live auction Emceed by Kip Keinath with all proceeds going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

“This is a very special event for our community.  The firefighters are honored to be a part of it,” said one of the event’s Coordinator’s, Kirk Atkins. “The fight against muscular disease is one we all need to continue until a cure is found.    “We hope everyone can give to this very important cause".
