Bob Seger is getting ready to resume his "Roll Me Away Farewell Tour" tomorrow night at the JQH Arena in Springfield, Missouri and the tour will be ending in June with six shows at DTE.
Going back to this month of April 1975 Bob releases his Beautiful Loser album that would setup a major portion of the music on his next album Live Bullet that would launch Bob into rock star status.
The Beautiful Loser album was not a big seller when it was put out 44 years ago but over the years it's sold a least 2 million copies. Here in Michigan the album sold quite well and it seems to me that everybody had the lp in their collection.
To my point of view there's not a bad track on the album staring with the tile song Beautiful Loser followed by Black Night, Katmandu, Jody Girl, Travelin' Man, Momma, Nutbush City Limits, Sailing Nights and Fine Memory.

One of my favorite Bob story songs.
