Beecher, Powers, Genesee Christian, and Saginaw High are all hoping to call themselves Regional Champs tonight.

March Madness is in full swing for High School Basketball right now, complete with some unbelievable upsets. The field of teams has been getting steadily smaller and now we will see if the four teams in our area will move on to the quarter finals.

Here are the Regional Finals matchups happening tonight.

DIVISION 1

Midland (16-7) Vs Saginaw High (21-3) 6pm tipoff at Saginaw Heritage

Saginaw High beat a very good Grand Blanc team in overtime to get to the finals. The Trojans hope to ride that wave over Midland and advance to the Quarter Finals.

DIVISION 2

Alma (18-3) Vs Powers (12-11) 7pm tipoff at Alma

Don't let Powers record fool you. They play one of the toughest regular season schedules in the state, and it pay off in the playoffs. Even though it would look like an upset on paper, the Chargers are very capable of winning tonight.

DIVISION 3

Unionville-Sebewaing (22-0) Vs Beecher (22-2) 7pm tipoff at Bad Axe

Beecher is no stranger to big games and tough opponents, so they are not intimidated by facing an undefeated team. The Bucs are focused on another championship right now, so I expect to see Buctown back in the Quarter Finals.

Division 4

Auburn Hills Oakland (12-11) Vs Genesee Christian (17-7) 7pm tipoff at Auburn Hills Oakland

This will be the toughest game of Genesee Christians season, especially considering they are playing on their opponents home court.
