Can you help to prevent deaths from suicide in our communities? Do you enjoy fishing, kayaking, archery or shooting sporting clays? Perhaps you enjoy a nice day in a beautiful outdoor setting with your family and friends. Lapeer County Suicide Prevention Network is asking you to consider purchasing tickets to their first ever fundraiser to help in the campaign to prevent suicides, support the family survivors and educate the community about the warning signs. This fundraiser will be held at Hunter’s Creek Hunt Club in Metamora this Saturday, August 9 from 11-3:00. The club is an exclusive membership only sportsman’s paradise and they are partnering with the Lapeer County Suicide Prevention Network for this one day only opportunity to experience the great outdoors and the beautiful club and its surroundings. There will also be many fun activities for children.
