The Friends of the Flint River Trail will host a “Ride of Silence”. Joining hundreds of other cycling groups across the nation, this annual tradition honors those cyclists killed or hurt in vehicle accidents in the past year.

The Friends of the Flint River Trail will host a “Ride of Silence”.  Joining hundreds of other cycling groups across the nation, this annual tradition honors those cyclists killed or hurt in vehicle accidents in the past year.

The regular Sunday afternoon bike rides of the Friends of the Flint River Trail will continue through the last Sunday in October.  These are ‘family-friendly’ rides of about 10 to 13 miles in length, starting promptly at 2:00 pm from the Flint Farmers’ Market.
