The Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer, in cooperation with Michigan Humanities Council, presents Hometown Teams: How Sports Shape America, a traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street program.
Young students will work with local art educators Lindsy Avenall and Marianna Fiedor to explore and build their appreciation of art. They will work with a variety of mediums as they learn about color theory, perspective, composition and various aspects of art.
