Tiger Bats Go Silent in Loss to Chisox

The Tigers couldn’t find their offense yesterday afternoon in losing to the Chicago White Sox 2 – 1.  Starting pitcher Max Scherzer made one mistake, a hanging changeup that was hit out for a two-run homer.  Austin Jackson provided the only Tiger offense when he hit a leadoff homer in the seventh inning.  Detroit welcomes the Los Angeles Angels to town for a four game set.  Brad Penny takes the mound in today’s afternoon tilt.  GO TIGERS!
